Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager to join our team at BDS (Northern) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular welfare checks on residents to identify and address any concerns or needs.
- Collaborate with in-house support workers to deliver a seamless service and ensure residents receive the support they require.
- Develop and implement support plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs to the schemes, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Organize activities and events to promote social interaction and community engagement among residents.
- Previous experience in a sheltered housing or residential care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Compassion and empathy when working with vulnerable adults.
Working Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
Salary: £26,707 per annum pro rata.
Location: Roehampton area, with regular travel to two schemes in the Hackney area.
