Position: Property Law Specialist | Conveyancing Solicitor

Location: Brecon, Powys | Flexible working options available | Full-time hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday | Salary: £37,000 - £47,000 based on experience and qualifications

Are you an accomplished and driven Property Law Specialist or Conveyancing Solicitor with a background in residential or commercial property transactions? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to excel in a well-respected legal practice.

They offer a comprehensive range of private client services and are committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, and expertise. Their dedicated team ensures that clients receive exceptional legal guidance and support in navigating complex property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters, with the support of a collaborative team.
  • Engage with clients, solicitors, and various agencies to provide updates and facilitate the progression of cases.
  • Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards throughout your work.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing.
  • Strong understanding of freehold, leasehold, and unregistered conveyancing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Dedication to maintaining the firm’s values and standards.
