Position: Area Manager

We are seeking a committed Area Manager to oversee the efficient operations within Chartwells, working on a full-time basis with a contract of 40 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth and retention strategies for both new and existing business through comprehensive account planning and ongoing reviews.
  • Assist the sales team in crafting financially viable bids and proposals, ensuring operationally sound contracts.
  • Drive profitability for the region by providing leadership and support to teams across various educational institutions.
  • Evaluate contract performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance to exceed client expectations.
  • Analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and select appropriate offerings to enhance satisfaction.
  • Communicate strategies effectively to your team and implement improvements to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including strategic clients.

  • Experience in implementing change initiatives that yield operational benefits.

  • Experience managing senior-level third-party relationships.
