About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our HR team as an HR Assistant. This role will provide administrative support to our recruitment and employee services functions, ensuring that our staff are well supported and developed throughout their careers.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality customer-focused service to managers, staff, candidates, and other stakeholders. This will include dealing with recruitment activity, new starter, change, and leaver forms, and ensuring that our people are paid correctly and on time.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Experience of providing administrative support and advice to staff at all levels
- Ability to deliver work within agreed deadlines and communicate effectively with staff at all levels
