At Doubletree by Hilton Lincoln, we are expanding our portfolio of hotels and growing our teams. As part of this expansion, we're excited to strengthen our HR team by adding a Cluster HR Manager/Business Partner.

The successful individual will be involved in spearheading the people strategy for a new opening hotel in East Midlands.

What we're looking for:

We're seeking a dynamic HR professional prepared to steer the hotel cluster towards a culture of excellence and growth. As the Cluster HR Manager, you'll hold a pivotal role, overseeing HR performance across multiple hotels. Collaboration will be your cornerstone, working closely with General Managers and the Group HR Manager. We're looking for an individual who embodies strategic foresight, fostering a culture that resonates with our organisation's objectives. Adaptability is key, seamlessly transitioning between recruitment, training, and strategic initiatives. Effective communication and proactive problem-solving will be your allies in this multifaceted journey.

This role will allow for up to two days of working from home. The three other days in a working week will be based in your cluster of hotels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including advertising & talent attraction, recruitment & onboarding, workforce planning, engagement & retention, training, learning and development, employee relations, HR Compliance, positive culture, and business partnering
  • Measuring performance in areas including employee satisfaction & engagement, employee retention, training completions, speed of recruitment, and standards via HR audits
