NonStop Consulting is in search of a Rehabilitation Support Specialist. In this position, you will be tasked with conducting evaluations within the reablement division. The Adult Social Services department is committed to upholding strong principles and enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable adults and their caregivers.

As part of a community-oriented, multidisciplinary team, your responsibilities will include visiting clients in their residences throughout the week. You will collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, physiotherapists, and support staff.

The majority of our referrals originate from healthcare facilities, and in this role, you will assist individuals in regaining their independence following hospital admissions or other health challenges.

Within our Adult Social Care framework, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration, positive risk management, and accountability. Our primary objective is to empower our residents to become active, influential members of their communities.
