About Health First Group
Health First Group operates across 21 locations nationwide, employing committed allied health professionals from around the globe. Our focus encompasses physiotherapy, rehabilitation therapy, massage, acupuncture, clinical Pilates, orthotics, shockwave therapy, posture analysis, and corporate health initiatives. We also excel in occupational rehabilitation, offering services such as workplace evaluations, suitable duties programs, return-to-work strategies, and pre-employment assessments.
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 (AUD) plus performance-based bonuses.
In this role, reporting to the Director/Founder, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional care to our clients and taking responsibility for their journey towards improved health, while embodying our core Values: Care, Accountability, Relationships, Evolve.
Currently, Health First Group has unique openings for experienced Rehabilitation Specialists to join our expanding teams in Australia. As a qualified professional, you will conduct in-person evaluations of clients' capabilities and challenges, formulating strategies and treatment plans to assist clients in overcoming their obstacles.

What You Bring
● A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Occupational Therapy
● AHPRA registration is required (assistance provided for this process)
● A minimum of two years' experience as a registered Occupational Therapist
● Knowledge of the rights of individuals with disabilities
● A valid Driver's License
● A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one prior to starting
