Job Title: Live In Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Live In Care Assistant at Home Instead Medway. As a Live In Care Assistant, you will provide non-medical services to help our clients maintain their independence in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with medication management
  • Support clients with dementia and other conditions
  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment

Requirements:

  • Kind and compassionate nature
  • Flexible approach to work
  • DBS Update Service or Enhanced DBS Application
  • Smart phone to use our CAREGiver app to log daily activities and report any changes in your client

What We Offer:
