Job Title: Live-in Care Assistant

Bluebird Care is a leading provider of home care and live-in care services in the UK. We are currently seeking a Live-in Care Assistant to join our team in South East London and North West Kent.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and patient individual to provide support and encouragement to vulnerable adults in their own homes. As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, food preparation, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to customers in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, food preparation, and medication management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year's experience in home care or a related healthcare role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • British passport, British Ancestry Visa, or right to work in the UK
