Job Title: Live-in Care Assistant, Ealing

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-in Care Assistant to join our team in Ealing. As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe, reliable, and compassionate care and support to customers, respecting their individual needs and wishes.
  • Build positive relationships with customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and household chores.
  • Support customers with social and physical activities, such as hobbies, exercise, and outings.
  • Record and report customer information, including changes in condition, concerns, and incidents.
Requirements:
  • Experience in care and support work, preferably in a live-in care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
