We are seeking a UX Designer who can drive the evolution of user experiences on the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive journey for customers. By applying user-centric design principles, the ideal candidate will elevate the overall aesthetic and usability, with a keen focus on enhancing the e-commerce shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement user experience strategies for e-commerce platforms and digital products.
  • Apply user-centred design methodologies to translate user insights into compelling user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Analyse user behaviour and web analytics data to inform design decisions.
  • Work closely with CRO specialists to design and implement A/B testing concepts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX design for e-commerce platforms or digital products.
  • Strong visual design skills with a portfolio highlighting standout design projects.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., GA, Pendo, Hotjar) and an understanding of e-commerce user behaviour.
  • Experience with prototyping tools to visualise and communicate design concepts.
  • Agile workflow experience, focused on iterative design and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
