Networker/Community Liaison

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Networker/Community Liaison. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with various referral sources, fostering a culture of care and compassion, and helping us grow and succeed in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with various referral sources, including healthcare professionals, community organizations, and senior-focused businesses.
  • Visit existing referral sources to maintain and grow relationships, ensuring a strong network of support for our clients.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with referral sources and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Take initiative to determine actions to meet goals, driving business growth and success.
  • Educate others on the benefits of home care and our organization, promoting our services and values.
  • Participate in networking events, particularly those focused on the senior population, to build relationships and promote our services.

Requirements

  • Background in business, marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the non-medical home care industry.
  • Two to five years of related networking/community liaison experience and/or training, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the non-medical home care industry, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by seniors and their families.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create and nurture long-lasting relationships.
  • Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
