About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at North Ayrshire Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, stakeholders, and community groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with customers, stakeholders, and community groups to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the organization to identify and address customer needs, improving overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer-focused initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with the council's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with community groups, partners, and stakeholders to build strong relationships and promote the council's services and initiatives.
