Pertemps Network Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team in Ayrshire. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including missives, dispositions, and securities.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Conduct property searches and handle Land Register applications to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Prepare documentation for settlement and ensure all legal requirements are met.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient and effective case management.
- Provide administrative support to the property team as needed.
- Client liaison to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Scottish property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with legal software and case management systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
