Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed Quality Assurance Team Leader to join our organization. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the highest standards of quality and safety, overseeing the QA team and upholding our esteemed reputation.


Your Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Lead and mentor the Quality Assurance team, offering training, support, and performance assessments to foster a high level of skill and team morale.


Quality Oversight:

Manage daily quality assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and audits to guarantee that all products comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.


Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all applicable food safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. You will be responsible for maintaining precise records and documentation.


Process Enhancement:

Identify and implement improvements to processes that enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to address quality concerns and apply best practices.


Customer Engagement:

Address customer feedback and inquiries regarding product quality. Investigate issues, develop corrective measures, and communicate solutions effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.


Data Evaluation:

Examine quality data and trends to pinpoint areas for enhancement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to convey findings and recommendations to senior management.


Audit Readiness:

Prepare for and engage in internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are adequately organized.


Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Demonstrated experience in a comparable role within the food sector, with supervisory experience preferred.


Education:

A degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline is advantageous.


Skills:

Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
