We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Quality Oversight:
Manage daily quality assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and audits to ensure all products comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all applicable food safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. You will be responsible for maintaining precise records and documentation.
Enhancement Initiatives:
Identify and implement strategies for process improvements to boost product quality and operational efficiency. Collaborate with various departments to address quality concerns and apply best practices.
Audit Readiness:
Prepare for and engage in internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are adequately organized.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity within the food sector, with supervisory experience preferred.
Educational Background:
A degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline is advantageous.
Essential Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
