We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed Quality Assurance Team Leader to become an integral part of our organization.

In this pivotal role, you will ensure the utmost standards of quality and safety, overseeing the QA team and upholding our esteemed reputation.

Lead and mentor the Quality Assurance team, offering training, support, and performance assessments to foster a high level of skill and team morale.


Quality Oversight:

Manage daily quality oversight activities, including inspections, testing, and audits to guarantee that all products comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.


Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all pertinent food safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. Identify and implement enhancements to processes that improve product quality and operational effectiveness. Collaborate with various departments to address quality concerns and apply best practices.

Client Engagement:
Address customer feedback and inquiries related to product quality.

Data Evaluation:
Evaluate quality data and trends to pinpoint areas for enhancement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to convey findings and suggestions to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in a comparable role within the food sector, with supervisory experience preferred.
A degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline is advantageous.
