About the Role

Klarent Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Professional to join their Learning and Development Team on a fixed-term basis.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development and be able to design, implement, and manage learning initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of Klarent Hospitality's hotels and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Lead the coordination of development programs and ensure their effective delivery
  • Conduct engaging training sessions that meet the needs of diverse audiences
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest learning technologies and best practices
  • Support the development of talent within Klarent Hospitality and identify future leaders
  • Promote employee engagement and well-being
  • Identify key training requirements and develop solutions to address them
Requirements
  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a hospitality or related industry
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and other learning technologies
  • Willingness to travel to Klarent Hospitality's hotel properties
