Clinical Quality Assurance Nurse

Job Overview
The Quality Assistant/Data Manager position is designed to assist the Clinical Research Facility (CRF) in implementing quality assurance frameworks and managing data related to the research portfolio. The selected candidate may be tasked with supporting specific studies across various therapeutic domains and will operate across multiple CRF locations based on the demands of a dynamic study portfolio. Additionally, the post holder will collaborate with the CRF Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to uphold exceptional quality standards and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) throughout the CRF.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Quality Assurance Team in guaranteeing that all research conducted within the Clinical Research Facility (CRF) complies with established Quality Assurance protocols and maintains regulatory adherence across all clinical research services.
- Provide support during regulatory and Sponsor inspections, as well as internal audits.
- Facilitate the closure and archiving of clinical trials.
- Maintain the Quality Management System to ensure it is current and effective.
- Keep precise records of staff training and induction processes.
- Ensure that any deviations and incidents are properly documented.
- Aid in the formulation and evaluation of relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
