Job Description

Cockfosters Medical Centre is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Medicine Practitioner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Deliver exceptional patient care, conducting thorough consultations, and making informed decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  2. Manage Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including consultation notes, test results, and treatment plans.
  3. Prescribe Medications: Prescribe medications in accordance with the Practice prescribing formulary, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
  4. Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  5. Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
  6. Meet Performance Targets: Meet performance targets, including QOF, ECF, and IIF targets, and participate in regular reviews to discuss progress.
