Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to lead our team of Commercial Gas Engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the service of commercial boilers and heating plants, completing fault finding on commercial boilers and heating systems, and managing a team of 5 Commercial Gas Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the installation, maintenance, repairs, and servicing of commercial boilers and heating systems.
  2. Manage a team of 5 Commercial Gas Engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Attend client meetings and conduct site surveys to ensure timely completion of customer projects.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. Full ACS Commercial Gas certificates.
  2. Experience in oil and LPG is advantageous.
  3. Experience in domestic/commercial gas heating.

Salary: £50 - £60K basic dependent on experience + call out + package + van + pension. Company vehicle can be used for personal use.
