Job Summary:

The Compleat Food Group is seeking a highly skilled Site Services Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our site services team, you will be responsible for ensuring our site is compliant with all relevant regulations and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for GMP (good manufacturing practices) / Standards in designated Site Services areas
  • Attend daily engineering meetings to discuss site operations and maintenance
  • Complete critical and non-critical planned preventative maintenance to ensure site equipment is functioning properly
  • Responsible for breakdowns/reactive maintenance on all site services equipment
  • Key stakeholder in delivery of Engineering Health and Safety Actions and Engineering Food Safety Actions
  • Responsible for contractor management and safety while on site

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a great work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize efficiently

Desirable Qualifications:

  • BGO1 Guidance on the safe operation of boilers (Operator or Manager)
  • ACOP L8 Legionella Control Training
  • 17th/18th Edition Requirements for Electrical Installations
  • Previous experience within a similar role or recognized trade suitable to legal compliance area
