About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at FMG Repair Services. As a key member of our bodyshop, you will play a crucial role in assessing damaged vehicles and ensuring they are repaired to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of the damage
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of electronic and manual estimates
  • Liaise with insurance companies to obtain authority to repair vehicles at estimated costs
  • Work effectively with customers, engineers, and technicians to explain and ensure understanding of repair methodologies
Requirements
  • NVQ level 3/City & Guilds or ATA/IMI qualification
  • Bodyshop background as an Estimator or VDA/Vehicle Damage Assessor
  • Audatex training
  • Full UK driving licence
