Job Description

Service Desk Specialist - £200 per day Inside IR35

Ventula Consulting is seeking a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team in a central London location. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-user requests and dealing with service incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to end-users
  2. Manage service incidents and resolve issues in a timely manner
  3. Provide hands-on and remote fixes where appropriate
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in Service Desk support roles
  2. Fantastic customer service skills
  3. Formal qualifications in IT such as Computer Science degree, CompTIA A+
  4. ITIL knowledge
  5. Experience with desktop operating systems

Rate: £200 per day Inside IR35

Duration: 3 months initially

Location: Central London location
