Ventula Consulting is seeking a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team in a central London location. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-user requests and dealing with service incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to end-users
- Manage service incidents and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide hands-on and remote fixes where appropriate
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Service Desk support roles
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Formal qualifications in IT such as Computer Science degree, CompTIA A+
- ITIL knowledge
- Experience with desktop operating systems
Rate: £200 per day Inside IR35
Duration: 3 months initially
Location: Central London location
