About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Category Manager to join our team at Hargreaves Lansdown. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for driving category management and sourcing initiatives to deliver commercial value and ensure resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain category plans aligned with business and technology strategy to create commercial value and ensure resilience.
  • Lead on end-to-end sourcing activity, including market assessments, complex supplier negotiations, and implementing contract agreements.
  • Establish a robust governance framework to manage supplier relationships and deliver contract obligations.
About You
  • Experience working across the business, working with senior stakeholders to build category plans.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with experience in leading high-value, complex negotiations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory landscape in a Financial Services environment and understanding of EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing.
  • Good data analytics skills, with the ability to understand financial, economic, risk, and contractual data.
