About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Category Manager to join our team at Hargreaves Lansdown. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of suppliers, from selection to contract management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category plans aligned with business strategy to drive commercial value and ensure resilience.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including market assessments, complex supplier negotiations, and contract implementation.
  • Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks to manage supplier relationships and deliver contract obligations.
About You
  • Proven experience in procurement category management, with a strong track record of delivering commercial value and improving supplier relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead high-value, complex negotiations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory landscapes in financial services and understanding of EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing.
  • Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to understand financial, economic, risk, and contractual data.
