We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at Midco Print & Packaging Ltd. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for covering an established area around the West Midlands and Wales, working closely with our existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the West Midlands and Wales region
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Field Sales Representative, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to work on their own initiative, with a strong sense of self-motivation and drive
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
