We are a private mental health organization dedicated to providing high-quality services to our clients. As a Health and Safety Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate them.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities, including training, inspections, and incidents.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in health and safety, such as a diploma or degree in occupational health and safety.
  • Experience in a health and safety role, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
