Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to enhance our dynamic Product Marketing team within the English Language Teaching division. This role focuses on supporting the marketing lifecycle of the Oxford Test of English. By leveraging insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes, you will contribute to the formulation of effective marketing strategies and initiatives that drive growth and align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in crafting comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for the Oxford Test of English, collaborating closely with various marketing teams, including digital, CRM, email, and events.
  • Support the creation of compelling customer value propositions to ensure our offerings resonate with market demands.
  • Collaborate with the Assessment Marketing team to develop impactful messaging and copy for various channels, including emails and web content.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to guide product development and marketing efforts.
  • Help create and manage sales enablement tools, ensuring they are effectively utilized within our sales platform.
  • Implement and monitor marketing tactics across customer journey stages, including web pages and email campaigns, as well as assist in organizing events.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to facilitate successful product launches and enhancements.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve return on investment.
  • Track product performance and gather customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage the budget allocated for marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile

To excel in this position, you should possess:
Essential Skills:
  • Experience in marketing within both B2B and B2C environments.
  • A solid understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including email, automation, and CRM.
  • Exceptional copywriting abilities across various platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools.
  • Knowledge of the Education or Assessment sectors.
  • Experience in marketing to international audiences.
  • Proficiency in design and project management tools.
