About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Stonor Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success and spearheading impactful b2b campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, collaboration, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to each client's objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and industry trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Industry Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for client growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4 years' + experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of successfully managing accounts and delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Some experience of managing budgets and project management generally.
