About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Associate to join our Corporate Strategy & Marketing Team for a 12-month fixed term maternity period. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering our annual Marketing Plan, collaborating with the wider Commercial & Strategy Team, and generating marketing materials and digital content for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business development initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing requirements and ensure timely delivery
  • Design and create marketing materials, including white papers, blogs, webinars, and social media content
  • Support project-based marketing activities for business development events and conferences
  • Conduct competitor research to inform commercial strategy development
  • Drive the rollout of our value proposition across marketing materials and the Corporate Strategy & Marketing function
Requirements
  • Education to degree level in a relevant field
  • Experience in executing business-to-business marketing activities, preferably in the pharmaceutical services industry
  • Ability to execute market and competitor research projects
  • Competency in creating digital marketing materials for multiple marketing activities
  • Metrics-driven approach to measuring marketing effectiveness
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and multitask with ease
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, both domestically and internationally
