About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legacy and In-Memory Fundraising Manager to join our team at Charity People. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sector-leading legacy and in-memory fundraising strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive legacy and in-memory fundraising strategy that aligns with the charity's goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, supporters, and colleagues, to ensure effective legacy and in-memory giving.
  • Design and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across various channels to promote legacy and in-memory giving.
  • Collaborate with the fundraising team to identify and pursue new opportunities for legacy and in-memory giving.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote legacy and in-memory giving.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in legacy and in-memory fundraising, with a successful track record of developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with donors, supporters, and colleagues.
  • Strong marketing and campaign development skills, with the ability to design and deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving shared goals and objectives.
  • Passion for legacy and in-memory giving, with a commitment to making a positive impact.
