Care and Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Care By Us Ltd. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing care worker rotas, ensuring impeccable standards and building strong relationships with your care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage care worker rotas to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with care workers to promote a positive and supportive work environment
- Collaborate with the care team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care
- Provide training and support to care workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services and make recommendations for improvement
