About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interface Engineer to join our project team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in overseeing interfaces within and across various delivery programmes, ensuring seamless alignment throughout all project stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a collaborative approach to facilitate effective interface management planning and delivery.
  • Ensure all issues are clearly understood by teams, addressed, and appropriate interventions are developed and implemented.
  • Produce and maintain standardized documents and regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Review and monitor controls regularly, reporting to the business while supporting Project Managers with interface agreements.
Requirements
  • Understanding of interface management challenges on large infrastructure/engineering projects.
  • Previous on-site experience and knowledge of construction activities, approaches, standards, and expectations.
  • Previous experience in Interface Management for complex engineering delivery in major infrastructure projects.
  • Ideally, experience in an interface or project-based role with a focus on communication, organization, and relationship building.
