Control Systems Engineer

At Jacobs, we're seeking a talented Control and Instrumentation Engineer to join our Nuclear Power Engineering and Technical Services team. As a key member of our project and engineering portfolio, you'll work closely with experienced project engineering management professionals to develop and expand your project engineering management and leadership skills.
Key responsibilities will include site walkdowns, updating existing documents and drawings, and helping to produce new documents and drawings. You'll also interface with project planners, prepare and plan plant modifications, and provide technical expertise and knowledge to help troubleshoot activities and tasks.
Requirements include a relevant engineering degree, adaptability, and the ability to transfer existing skills onto new problems. A passion for solving engineering design problems using CAD software is also essential. Due to the nature of the work, applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance.
