Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Senior Director of Department. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruitment professionals and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of recruitment professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
  • Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities to increase market share.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial contact to completion.
  • Provide thought leadership and ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
  • Effectively demonstrate company best practices and promote brand awareness.
  • Autonomously prioritize workload and manage personal billing and mentoring responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a recruitment agency.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue.
