Role Overview:

Marvica Technologies is looking for skilled Oracle Functional and Technical Consultants to join our remote team. The ideal candidates will possess over 7 years of experience in their respective fields, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Oracle applications and the capability to deliver effective solutions. Oracle Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Requirements Analysis:
    • Engage with business stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements.
    • Convert business needs into functional specifications for Oracle applications.
  2. Oracle Module Configuration:
    • Adjust Oracle modules to fulfill business requirements while ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
    • Conduct functional testing and validation of configured modules.
  3. Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for process enhancement and optimization utilizing Oracle applications.
    • Design and implement new business processes to improve operational efficiency.
  4. Training and Support:
    • Offer training and assistance to end-users regarding Oracle functionalities.
    • Create training materials and user documentation.
  5. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain thorough documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and process maps.
    • Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.
  • Skills:
    • Extensive knowledge of Oracle modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM).
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong understanding of business processes and best practices.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and within a remote team environment.
  • Certifications: Oracle certification is a plus.
Oracle Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Design and Development:
    • Create technical specifications based on functional requirements.
    • Design and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations for Oracle applications.
  2. System Integration:
    • Collaborate on integrating Oracle applications with other systems and third-party applications.
    • Develop and manage integration strategies and plans.
  3. Technical Support:
    • Provide technical assistance for Oracle applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
    • Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.
  4. Performance Tuning:
    • Enhance the performance of Oracle applications and databases.
    • Conduct performance tuning and system monitoring.
  5. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and test plans.
    • Generate technical reports and provide insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7 years of experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Oracle development tools and technologies (e.g., PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle ADF).
    • Proficiency in integrating Oracle applications with other systems.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong understanding of system architecture and design.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
