About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Select Tech Group. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion the development and growth of Store Team Members, providing coaching, mentoring, and direction to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Support the delivery of the Company's customer service standards and ensure that all customers receive a world-class experience.
  • Manage the daily operations of the store, including merchandising, stock management, and visual merchandising.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs, and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage customer complaints and returns, and ensure that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Store Team Members.
  • Contribute to the development of the store's business plan and budget, and ensure that all financial targets are met.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a world-class experience to all customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
