Position Overview:
The role of Aseptic Technician encompasses executing processes related to filling, freeze-drying, and sealing lyophilized biological products while adhering to established protocols and standards.
Work Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour duration, from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays may be necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement aseptic techniques in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Accurately document testing outcomes
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Follow SOPs and related documentation
- Complete required documentation and reports
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Sanitize work areas following SOPs
- Ensure availability of supplies in the production area
- Exhibit safe working practices and foster a secure work environment
- Perform necessary mathematical calculations and metric conversions
- Effectively communicate within and outside the department
- Operate material handling equipment
- Contribute to process enhancement initiatives
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in aseptic environments

Physical Demands:
