Supply Chain Analyst

Position Summary
Supply Chain Analyst
Reporting to the EMEA Golf Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure optimal inventory levels to meet the demand needs for the EMEA Golf sector and the Golf Tour division, thereby supporting the growth and success of the EMEA Golf operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify discrepancies between the order strategy and collaborate with the Product Manager and Sales Team to address them.
- Evaluate supply strategies with the Product Manager to pinpoint potential risks.
- Assess the implications of delays and discuss alternatives (e.g., air freight vs. sea freight) with the Supplier, Product Manager, and Sales Team.
- Regularly update the ATP (Available To Promise) dates in the system to reflect the most current status and communicate any delays to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor sales order trends, ATP inventory levels, and purchase order delivery schedules. Expedite and adjust delivery plans as needed to avoid back orders or excessive inventory.
- Assist in the supplier approval process in collaboration with Mizuno Corporate Japan and the Product Manager, including setting up vendors with finance and providing necessary agreements.
- Make recommendations regarding inventory replenishment parameters to enhance stock turnover and service levels.
- Review supplier performance metrics (e.g., lead times, delivery punctuality) on a monthly basis and initiate corrective measures as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and Sales Team to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Oversee the out-of-stock process and maintain communication with Sales and Customer Service.
- Coordinate with supply chain functions for raising purchase orders for various goods.
- Manage inventory for the Tour Performance Studio.

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel.
- A foundational understanding of Supply Chain processes is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
