About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Business Systems team at Loftware. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting to manage our instance of Salesforce and acting as the SME for all connected apps.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure Salesforce to ensure stability, data integrity, and efficient operation of various organizational functions.
  • Handle various SFDC-related requests with varying levels of urgency across the business.
  • Work closely with a salesforce architect and key business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into Salesforce Solutions while leveraging best practices.
  • Take an active part in technical Salesforce projects through Discovery, Solution Design, Implementation, and Support.
  • Collaborate across all levels of the organization in identifying and prioritizing operational improvements to address the company's evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with our Salesforce Administration Team to help shape the vision for the internal and external use of Salesforce. Work to identify opportunities to develop new and better solutions.
  • Drive Salesforce adoption across the organization to ensure maximized use of the platform to drive business growth.
  • Help create a basic Salesforce training program for new users and update existing documentation.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure the Certinia PSA system to meet business requirements and best practices.
  • Manage user access, security settings, roles, and profiles within the Certinia PSA System.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Certinia PSA system to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of user issues related to the Certinia PSA system.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep the Certinia PSA system current, secure, and scalable.

DealHub CPQ Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure the DealHub CPQ platform to align with business requirements, pricing strategies, and sales processes.
  • Manage user access, security settings, roles, and permissions within the CPQ system.
  • Customize workflows, approval processes, and document templates to automate quoting working with Sales Stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product management and pricing teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product and pricing information in the CPQ platform.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to sales teams, channel partners, and stakeholders on CPQ system usage and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CPQ-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Other Connected Systems Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure other systems to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Intake, triage, and execute support cases which require Business Systems support.
  • Manage user access, security settings, roles, and profiles within systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the systems to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep the systems current, secure, and scalable.
  • Constantly evaluate our Business Systems infrastructure / architecture and make suggestions for improvements.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification.
  • Ability to manage Users, Roles, Profiles, Standard & Custom Objects, Record Types, Page Layouts, Fields.
  • Ability to create and manage Validation Rules.
  • Experience in building and maintaining Salesforce Flows.
  • Experience with Data Management and cleansing, including data loader and other data tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Ringlead or Five 9.
  • Experience working in Sandbox environments and utilizing Change Sets.
  • Hands on experience with a CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud, DealHub, or similar).
  • Ability to perform internal system audits and prepare for application upgrades & system enhancements.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau) desired, but not required.
  • Hands on experience with Certinia PSA is desired, but not required
