Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Consultant to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our multicultural support team, you will be responsible for guaranteeing client satisfaction and ensuring the well-functioning of our supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and resolving functional issues that arise post-implementation in connection with supply chain software solutions.
  • Working with analysts to provide issue resolution utilizing supply chain technologies and performing testing of client-specific enhancements in a timely manner.
  • Providing client communication, testing, issue resolution, and post-implementation support.

Requirements

  • Excellent client-facing and client management skills, with a strong team spirit.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a rigorous approach to work.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and application support.
  • Understanding of database concepts and cloud technology.
  • Fluency in English, with another European language an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another numerate discipline, or equivalent through business experience.
  • The flexibility to work at customer locations up to 30%, sometimes for prolonged engagements within the EMEA region.
