About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Consultant to join our multicultural team in the UK. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and the smooth functioning of our supply chain software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client communication and support, ensuring timely resolution of functional issues.
  • Work closely with analysts to resolve issues utilizing supply chain technologies and perform testing of client-specific enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our supply chain software solutions and their applications.
  • Collaborate with the support team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and application support, with a solid understanding of database concepts and cloud technologies.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
