About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our Business Operations team at BCN Group. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Purchasing Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Management: Receive and manage inventory, including asset tagging and tracking.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Purchasing Manager and other team members, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is well-maintained, including managing post, welcoming guests, and coordinating office supplies.
  • Travel Support: Occasionally visit other BCN Group offices to maintain company standards and practices.
  • Purchasing: Purchase hardware, licenses, software, and other customer needs, ensuring accurate Purchase Orders are sent to suppliers.
  • Communication: Obtain order tracking, licensing, and other information from third-party vendors, and query anomalous invoices with suppliers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a stock management or administrative role, with a full UK driving license.
  • Skills: Excellent written English and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Personality: Self-starting, with the ability to approach and resolve challenges, and a team mentality.
