The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Legal Assessment Specialist to join our front-line customer team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for communicating with clients, assessing their legal needs, and providing expert guidance and solutions.

As a Legal Assessment Specialist, you'll be working closely with our Customer Operations team to ensure seamless client interactions and exceptional service delivery. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping our product and processes, driving innovation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their legal needs and concerns
  • Assess complex legal problems and develop tailored solutions
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients, addressing their questions and objections
  • Identify opportunities to improve our product and processes, driving innovation and efficiency
  • Contribute to the development of our legal services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and accessibility
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of consumer law and legal principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Commercial awareness and a keen understanding of the legal services market
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic and innovative environment
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Background in law, with a degree or relevant experience in a related field
