About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Assessment Sales Specialist to join our front-line customer team. As a key member of our Customer Operations team, you'll be responsible for communicating directly with clients seeking legal help, assessing their legal problems, and proposing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their legal needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Assess complex legal problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities to improve our product and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our clients receive the best possible service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of the law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively

Desirable

  • Experience working in a sales role or a related field
  • Knowledge of the legal industry and its trends
