About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team as a Legal Assessment Sales Specialist. As a key member of our front-line customer team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients access the legal services they need.

Reporting to the Customer Operations team, you will be in constant communication with customers, using your knowledge base, tooling, and team support to ensure clients receive the best and most appropriate legal help. Every member of the Legal Assessment team is directly involved in our process and product, helping to shape a fast-moving legal technology startup.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate directly with clients seeking legal help and assess their legal problems to propose solutions.
  • Answer client questions and handle objections in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our product and processes to enhance the client experience.
  • Work closely with the Customer Operations team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • You have a strong understanding of the law and have experience working with clients to resolve legal issues.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • You have a strong sales mindset and are able to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • You are commercially aware and able to understand the financial implications of your actions.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in a sales role, preferably in the legal or financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of the legal technology sector and its trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
