Role Responsibilities

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will oversee our live-in care services with empathy and professionalism. You will play a vital role in supporting the strategic objectives for your designated area.

Your responsibilities will include leading the live-in care service with compassion and fully supporting the strategic goals for your area. Primarily field-based, you will be accountable for the development and expansion of your team and client base. By building relationships and networking with other care professionals, you will ensure the quality and delivery of personalized care, with tasks including:

  • Facilitating safe transitions for clients from various care environments to our services.
  • Assessing and safeguarding clients while providing support to their families.
  • Ensuring the quality and delivery of individualized, client-centered care.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of one to two years of experience in a similar capacity, with an understanding of the challenges faced by caregivers.
  • Experience in live-in care is advantageous, though support will be provided.
  • A diverse background in care settings, including but not limited to learning disabilities, nursing homes, and domiciliary care.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
