Role ResponsibilitiesThis position involves supporting young individuals aged 8 to 18 who exhibit Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) and may present challenging behaviors.
As a Lead Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive support and training to staff.
- Delivering therapeutic care and support to residents.
- Overseeing operations from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years experience working with youth in a residential care environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in a managerial capacity, either as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within children's homes.
- Proven experience in supervising and managing care staff.
- Strong skills in auditing, budget management, and performance monitoring.
- A solid understanding of regulations governing children's homes and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework.
- Innovative thinking, with a background in holding Ofsted Registration or experience as a Deputy Manager ready to take on the challenge of leading an Ofsted Registered Home.
