Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective care to pregnant women during the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum period.
- Work in partnership with women and their families to promote shared decision-making and signposting for social connectedness.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive maternity care.
- Registered midwife with the ability to practice autonomously.
- Ability to work within the framework of the NMC Code and the London Northwest University Healthcare Trust Guidelines, protocols, and policies.
- Deputise for the ward or department in the absence of the senior in the community setting.
- Take responsibility for a named caseload and participate in flexible hours to meet the needs of the service.
